Short summary
This study estimates extreme metocean conditions for the planned Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) terminal on the Estonian coast of the Gulf of Finland. Observations, satellite products, reanalyses, and site-specific model data are used to derive 50-year return levels for wind, sea level, waves, and currents. The results support site-specific engineering assessments and place local extremes within the wider Baltic Sea context.
